Jotun chose SPOT AS

JOTUN has selected SPOT AS as the supplier of compressed air and specialty gas systems for its new R&D building in Sandefjord – a project with strict requirements for quality, purity, and precision.

SPOT AS is proud to have been selected as the supplier of compressed air and specialty gas systems for JOTUN’s new research and development center in Sandefjord – a project that began in 2018 and was completed in 2020.

The system was built using orbital-welded, high-purity acid-resistant tubing, and includes a complete ring line for nitrogen and compressed air throughout the building. Nitrogen is produced on-site by a dedicated generator and efficiently distributed to laboratories and process areas.

In addition to compressed air and nitrogen, the delivery also included six different specialty gases supplied to the laboratories – all tailored for R&D operations with strict requirements for purity and stable performance.
